How we work with landowners and agents
We aim to make the process simple and professional from day one. After an initial chat, we'll request basic information such as location, size, ownership details, planning status etc and, where appropriate, arrange a site visit. If the opportunity fits, we can move quickly with a transparent offer and a clear route to completion.
We work with landowners, estate agents and professional advisers, plus we're used to handling sales that involve planning, access rights or conditional arrangements. We'll always keep communication clear and decisions prompt.
What we're looking for
We're primarily interested in land across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire but we will consider other areas if the site is a strong fit.
